Memberships
A REALTOR Membership is for those with an active real estate license with the Department of Real Estate who have successfully hung their license under an active PCAR broker.
New member orientation is required for newly licensed agents applying for a REALTOR membership. Once you complete your online application you will be directed to sign up for a new member orientation.
For transferring or returning members new member orientation will not be required.
An Affiliate Membership is for those who provide a service to or have an interest in the real estate industry. A corporate affiliate membership is for companies that have five or more individuals who would like to join under one company at a discounted rate. Instructions on how to join as an individual affiliate or corporate affiliate are located in their respective applications below.
