Communication:  A monthly newsletter, News and Views, is available to all members of the Association.  We help you keep abreast of new laws, technology trends and more.   

In addition, email updates are sent to all members with current email addresses on an as needed basis.  If you have an email address, notify our membership department by using our online webform.

Local Government Relations:  One of the most important benefits of being a  member of the Placer County Association of REALTORS® is the representation you receive at the local city, town and county levels.  Association Staff and Volunteers monitor agendas, newspaper articles and correspondence watching for issues that effect Private Property Rights and the REALTORS® right to do business in Placer County.

An integral part of this network are REALTORS® ... individuals just like you who volunteer to monitor local issues.  Local City Council, Planning Departments, Municipal Advisory Committees  and the Board of Supervisors meetings are monitored by these volunteers.
