PCAR Promotes REALTOR Safety Month in September

01 Sep 2017
Knowledge. Awareness. Empowerment. These are the core components of REALTOR Safety. And helping our members understand the risks they face can mean the difference between life and death. The growing issue of REALTOR Safety has become a major concern locally and nationwide. According to NAR’s 2016 Member Safety Report, 39% of REALTORS nationwide have experienced a work-related situation in which they feared for their physical safety or protection of their personal information. During the month of September PCAR will be offering 10% off all Safety products including tasers, pepper spray and personal alarms. Don’t miss Placer County Sheriff Bell’s presentation on issues that impact citizens and the business community, crime trends etc. at our regularly scheduled Rocklin Marketing Meeting on Tuesday, September 19th and Sonja Conklin from AirMedCare formally known as CalStar on Tuesday, September 26th.

For more information on how to stay safe at open houses, in the office, at home and safety precautions for clients, go to www.nar.realtor/Safety
