The Education Committee’s “1031 Exchange” Lunch and Learn Class last Friday was attended by 39 members. Some reviews from the class were, “Good, Complex”, “Very Informative”, “Excellent, Bill was excellent!”

The next Lunch & Learn is this Friday, August 5th. Carla Morgan will be teaching a class on “How to deal with tenants when listing a house for sale.” A few items the class will cover are tenants rights, 30, 60 or 90 day notice, personal property left behind and much more!
