Since March, Placer County has broken all previous Home Sales Records each month, with June completely shattering all previous sales history data! With 671 closed escrows in June 2015, the next closest June data recorded is June 2013 with 565 closed sales and then June 2004 with 546. Along with record setting escrow numbers, June’s median price of $401,000 is up 75% from a 10-year low of $231,250 in March of 2011.
