July’s Home Sales numbers surpass all previous records for the month of July, continuing the trend that started in March of this year. With 613 closed escrows in July 2015, the next closest year for July was 2013 with 574 closed escrows, followed by July 2014 with 541 and finally July 2004 with 519. Inventory increased just slightly and still remains at just over two months supply. The median price dipped slightly, but remains quite healthy at $395,000.
