Please have your tour properties submitted by 10 am on the Tuesday before the meeting. You will receive a confirmation back by e-mail. 
The listing agent or their licensed representative must be at the meeting and present the property. Please keep your tour presentation to 30 seconds and avoid repeating MLS listing information. 

The tour is a caravan style tour and all of the properties on tour must be viewed by the listing agent or their licensed representative. 

MEETING AGENDA:
I. Call to order & Flag Salute. 
II. Introduction of Guests and New Members.
III. Introduction of PCAR officers present. 
IV. Reports: Ethics, Education, PCAR activities. 
V. General announcements for the benefit of the group (60 seconds each). No Self Promotion
VI. Guest Speaker, if any, (usually 10 minutes).
VII. Wants and Needs (30 seconds each).
VIII. Price and Terms Changes (30 seconds each). 
IX. Salt Mine/CARE Drawing. 
X. Presentation of Tour Properties (30 seconds each). 
XI. Adjourn to the Tour at 9:00 am. 

Executive Committee, Moderators, Door Greeters and Tour Coordinator are all volunteer efforts. Volunteers are welcome and encouraged.

Once called to order, all cell phones should be turned off or put on silent. Please keep cross talk and private conversations quiet or take them outside the meeting. Please adhere to P.C.A.R guidelines…and the Golden Rule. Thanks.
