We tour homes in Lincoln, Sheridan, Wheatland and the surrounding country properties.

Please have your tour properties submitted by 10 am on the Tuesday before the meeting.
You will receive a confirmation back by e-mail.

The listing agent or their licensed representative must be at the meeting and present the property.

Please keep your tour presentation to 30 seconds and avoid repeating MLS listing information.

The tour is a caravan style tour and all of the properties on tour must be viewed by the listing agent or their licensed representative.

II. Introduction of Guests and New Members.

III. Introduction of PCAR officers present.

IV. Reports: Ethics, Education, PCAR activities.

V. General announcements for the benefit of the group (60 seconds each). No Self Promotion

VI. Guest Speaker, if any, (usually 10 minutes).

VII. Presentation of Tour Properties (30 seconds each).

VIII. Wants and Needs (30 seconds each).

IX. Price and Terms Changes (30 seconds each).

X. Salt Mine Drawing.

XI. Adjourn to the Tour at 9:00 am.

Executive Committee, Moderators, Door Greeters and Tour Coordinator are all volunteer efforts.
Volunteers are welcome and encouraged.
